Booking Requests & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through the website does not automatically confirm a reservation. All requests are subject to availability.

A booking becomes confirmed only after Island Style Butler Service approves the request and the required deposit has been received.

Butler Service Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure an approved Butler Service booking.

The remaining 50% balance is due 3 days before arrival.

Bookings made within 3 days of arrival may require full payment at the time of confirmation.

Payment Methods & Bank Transfer

International bank/wire transfer is available for approved bookings. Banking instructions are provided privately after a stay request has been confirmed and are never published on this website.

Your reservation is secured once the required deposit has been received and verified.

Bank, intermediary or currency conversion fees may apply, and the credited amount may vary with the exchange rate applied by the banks involved. Island Style Butler Service does not guarantee a specific exchange rate or credited amount for international transfers.

Butler Service Packages

Services and complimentary inclusions depend on the Butler package selected.

Only services specifically listed as included in the selected package are included in the Butler Service rate.

Services described as arranged, coordinated or similar mean Island Style Butler Service will organize the service on the guest’s behalf. The third-party service cost is separate unless specifically stated as included.

Third-Party Services

Excursions, transportation, private chefs, babysitting, spa treatments, groceries, celebration arrangements and other third-party services may be arranged on behalf of guests.

These services are provided by independent providers and are subject to their availability, pricing, policies and operating conditions.

Where available, guests may pay Island Style Butler Service to facilitate payment to the provider or pay the provider directly.

Island Style Butler Service will use reasonable care when coordinating providers but is not the operator of independently provided services.

Pricing

Website prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Services marked Price on Request will be quoted before payment is required.

Additional services requested during a stay may be quoted separately.

Changes to a Booking

Guests may request changes to their itinerary, Butler Service dates, excursions or additional services.

Island Style Butler Service will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but changes remain subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Island Style Butler Service Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Third-party services may have their own cancellation and refund conditions.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate accommodation, arrival/departure, party, dietary and other information reasonably required to arrange requested services.

Guests are responsible for meeting health, age, physical ability or participation requirements established by independent activity providers.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Weather and local operating conditions may affect activities, transportation and other services.

When a third-party service cannot operate because of weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control, Island Style Butler Service will assist with available alternatives, rescheduling or refunds offered under the provider’s applicable policy.

Airport Transfers & Fast Track

Airport transportation and Fast Track are included only where specifically stated in the selected Butler package.

Airport Fast Track included with an eligible package applies to arrival for up to 2 guests, unless otherwise confirmed. Additional guests or services may incur additional charges.

Complimentary Inclusions

Complimentary Sunset Couples Massage, local transportation or other package benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Complimentary services remain subject to availability and applicable package conditions.

Personal Belongings

Guests remain responsible for their belongings, valuables and travel documents.

Island Style Butler Service is not responsible for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Conduct & Safety

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward butlers, drivers, service providers and others involved in providing their experience.

Island Style Butler Service reserves the right to discontinue service in cases of threatening, abusive, illegal or unsafe conduct.

Limitation of Responsibility

Island Style Butler Service is responsible for providing and coordinating its Butler Service with reasonable care.

Independent third-party providers remain responsible for services they directly provide.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information will be handled according to the Island Style Butler Service Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.

Acceptance

By paying the required deposit and confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and applicable cancellation policies.
