Your Butler coverage
8 hours of physical Butler service per booked day, with 24-hour phone/WhatsApp support coverage. Support coverage does not mean continuous physical Butler service. Extra physical hours are US$35 per hour by arrangement.
Additional Butler days on Adventure and Romantic packages are US$200 per day, subject to availability and extra expenses.
Package services and itinerary arrangements are subject to availability.
Clear arrangements, no surprises
Island Style pays the providers for third-party services specifically included in your package. Other activities, services and extras are quoted separately before approval.
Soufrière Waterfall Discovery Day: you visit different waterfalls around Soufrière throughout the day. The route stays flexible and depends on weather, trail and access conditions, so there is no fixed number of waterfalls.
Build Your Own transportation: If you have a vehicle, your Butler may ride as a passenger with your consent; otherwise separate Butler transport is quoted. If you have no vehicle, guest transportation is quoted as well.
No payment is required to submit a request. Once your booking is confirmed, payment is by bank transfer: 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and the remaining 50% three days before arrival. Banking instructions are provided privately; bank/intermediary fees and currency conversion may apply.
