Payment process

Nothing is charged until we confirm

1. 1. You submit your booking request.
2. 2. We review availability and the services you have requested.
3. 3. We confirm the booking and final pricing with you.
4. 4. Payment is then requested according to the booking terms.

Butler Service payment terms: 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due 3 days before arrival. A booking is not secured until the required deposit has been received.

Bank/Wire Transfer: International bank transfer is available for approved bookings. Banking instructions will be provided privately after your stay request has been confirmed. Your reservation is secured once the required deposit has been received and verified. Bank or intermediary fees and currency conversion may apply, and the credited amount may vary with the exchange rate applied by the banks involved.

Your Butler experience

Adventure Butler Experience is US$3,199 and Romantic Butler Experience is US$3,699, each for TWO guests with up to 5 dedicated Butler days. Build Your Own Butler Experience starts at US$275 per Butler day, with one-day bookings welcome.

8 hours of physical Butler service per booked day, with 24-hour phone/WhatsApp support coverage. Support coverage does not mean continuous physical Butler service. Extra physical hours are US$35 per hour by arrangement.

Additional Butler days on Adventure and Romantic packages are US$200 per day, subject to availability and extra expenses.

If you have a vehicle, your Butler may ride as a passenger with your consent; otherwise separate Butler transport is quoted. If you have no vehicle, guest transportation is quoted as well.

Paying for third-party services

Island Style pays the providers for third-party services specifically included in your package. Other activities, services and extras are quoted separately before approval.
